Housekeeping

Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions' internal team as a Housekeeping staff member. You will help keep our office clean, safe, and welcoming, creating a comfortable space for our employees and visitors.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP15,000 - PHP20,000 (depending on experience)
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Saturday (8AM - 5PM)

Responsibilities

• Clean office workspaces, meeting rooms, the pantry, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces regularly.
• Keep restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning materials and report shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness during company events and meetings.
• Report maintenance concerns, damage, and safety hazards to management.
• Follow company cleaning, safety, and sanitation standards, and complete other assigned housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

• No college degree required.
• Housekeeping experience in a BPO workplace is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to clean and care for office spaces.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and cleaning procedures.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.
• A dependable approach to attendance and completing tasks.
• Ability to work respectfully with others and report concerns clearly.
• Willingness to work onsite, Monday to Saturday, from 8AM - 5PM.
