Housekeeping - Houseman

The Kensington Hotel has an immediate opening for a Housekeeping Houseman. This is a full time or part time position, 8:00 am - 4:00pm, flexible schedule, weekends necessary. To perform a combination of tasks which maintain hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience.

Clean and maintain all public areas, storage areas, function rooms and administrative areas

Support Room Attendants in cleaning guest rooms, including but not limited to delivering clean linen and collecting dirty linen. Push rolling cart between laundry areas and guest rooms.

Vacuum floors

Clean restrooms

Remove and dispose of trash

Dust

Clean outside areas including porte-cochere and other arrival areas

Clean and remove debris from parking lot and courtyard areas

Run supplies and service items to guestrooms as requested

Polish metalwork and furniture

Clean carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
