JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the Housekeeping Department in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. Perform basic cleaning tasks, replenish room amenities, handle linens and supplies, and follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and service standards while gaining hands-on experience in housekeeping operations
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize common areas, offices, corridors, and other facilities.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and other general cleaning tasks.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping equipment.
- Assist with laundry, linen, and other housekeeping-related tasks as needed.
- Follow proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns to the supervisor.
- Work cooperatively with the housekeeping team and other departments.

- For interns, must be currently enrolled in a relevant course and required to complete an internship/OJT
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, reliable, and hardworking
- Can maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic
