Wage: Starting at 15.50 per hour
Day shift- 7A-3P

Evening Shift 1P-9P

Silver Foxes Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Housekeeping/Laundry Aides to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated areas.

• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces according to facility standards.

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing, linens, towels, and bedding.

• Ensure resident clothing and personal belongings are properly labeled, handled, and returned.

• Follow infection control procedures, including proper handling of soiled linens and waste.

• Maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment and supplies.

• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.

• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and damaged equipment to supervisors.

• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings.

• Follow facility policies, safety guidelines, and established cleaning schedules.

• Maintain adequate supplies and notify supervisors when additional supplies are needed.

• Work cooperatively with nursing staff and other departments to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• Perform additional housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.
