Housekeeping Manager

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱42,000 per month

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field.

3–5 years of hotel housekeeping experience, with supervisory/managerial experience.

Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.

Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and expense control

Skilled in labor, supplies, linen, laundry, and inventory cost management

Able to prepare and monitor departmental budgets and analyze variances

Knowledge of cost per occupied room (CPOR) and productivity monitoring

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel/PMS systems

Knowledge of hotel safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

Ability to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining guest service and cleanliness standards.
