About the Role

A hospitality company is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring excellent cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations, room inspections, and cleaning schedules.
• Supervise, train, and manage housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and monitor team performance.
• Manage linen, laundry, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams on room readiness and repairs.
• Handle guest complaints and housekeeping requests.
• Monitor departmental costs and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
• Proven hotel housekeeping supervisory or management experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of room inspections, laundry operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems is an advantage.
