Housekeeping Manager - ME Dubai

Your Tasks: Lead, train and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver luxury standards Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all rooms and public areas Plan schedules, manning and deep-cleaning programs for a smooth operation Manage inventories of linen, cleaning equipment, guest supplies and minibar Handle guest requests and complaints, and make sure guest preferences are met Coordinate daily with Front Office and Engineering on preventive maintenance and snag lists Control departmental costs and track productivity without compromising on quality Your Profile: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel Strong coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team Excellent attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving ability Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for luxury hospitality
