We are looking for a professional Housekeeping Shift Leader who will be responsible to supervise and ensure everything runs smoothly during their shift.
Main Responsibilities includes:
- Briefing cleaning tasks & issuance of assignment to Housekeeping staffs
- Managing documentation process
- Building strong relationships with staff & tenants
- Implementing and executing Quality Procedures
- Managing the cleaning schedule of property
- Managing performance level of property, housekeeping staffs and Outsourced Housekeeping Contractors
- Managing inter-departmental relationships with reception, maintenance department.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Hospitality Industr
- Formal Training & Certification of Hospitality Service / Customer Care
- Diligence and integrity
