Join the Sunday Morning Collection team in Pyhä, Finnish Lapland!

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team for the upcoming winter season. You will work across Sunday Morning Resort, Parkside Pyhä Apartments and Restaurant Aihki, helping create the clean, welcoming and high-quality environment that forms the foundation of every guest experience.

Cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail are essential parts of the boutique hospitality experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our guest accommodation, public areas and restaurant facilities, as well as assisting with linen maintenance in our modern on-site laundry.

Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required. We provide thorough training, so you are welcome to apply even if you are just beginning your career.

Your responsibilities include

• Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms, apartments and public areas to our quality standards

• Maintaining the cleanliness of Restaurant Aihki according to scheduled shifts

• Linen handling and laundry work in our modern on-site laundry

• Preparing accommodation for arriving guests

• Maintaining housekeeping equipment and storage areas

• Working closely with our reception, restaurant and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

We are looking for someone who has

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality is an advantage but not essential

• A careful, responsible and proactive approach to work

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform a variety of housekeeping tasks

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Basic Finnish or English language skills (additional languages are considered an advantage)

• Most importantly, a positive attitude and willingness to learn - everything else can be taught.

Employment

Employment begins by agreement during November 2026 and continues throughout the winter season until April. There is also an opportunity to continue working with us during future seasons.
