Your role will be to keep standards high, the housekeeping team running smoothly, and our residents feeling right at home!

If you're organised, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy leading people, you'll feel right at home at Tolka Valley Nursing Home in Finglas. You'll take charge of daily housekeeping operations, guide and support your team, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety are consistently maintained.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support your housekeeping team

• Organise daily workloads and ensure smooth housekeeping operations

• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed

• Oversee waste management and report maintenance issues

• Support audits, inspections and continuous improvements

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have previous housekeeping experience, ideally in healthcare or residential care

• Are a confident, approachable leader who knows how to motivate a team

• Have strong organisational and time management skills

• Understand hygiene, infection control and health and safety practices

• Take pride in maintaining high standards
