Housekeeping Supervisor - FT

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

• Lead, motivate, and support our housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation.

• Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure our standards are met or exceeded.

• Check all vacant/ready/stay over rooms daily.

• Check out of order rooms daily.

• Identify showrooms for Sales Department.

• Turn in all lost and found items and all guest room keys.

• Coordinate daily room assignments, cleaning priorities, and team productivity.

• Train, coach, and develop housekeeping associates in collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper, creating a positive and accountable work environment.

• Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved quickly.

• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment while helping control costs and minimize waste.

• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

• Jump in and support the team wherever needed. Great leaders aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves!
