Housekeeping Supervisor - Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction that define the Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami experience. You will lead and support the housekeeping team while ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand and hotel standards.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members during daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met.
• Assign daily work schedules and prioritize assignments based on occupancy and business needs.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and completion of housekeeping tasks.
• Coach team members and provide ongoing feedback to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory control and supply management.
• Support the housekeeping team with room cleaning and special projects as needed.
