Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained. Lead, train, and motivate team members, manage linen and inventory, control costs and overtime, maintain SOPs and key controls, handle lost and found, support suppliers and other departments, and ensure VIP and guest requests are properly handled.

• Ensure all public, guest, and back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained.
• Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping SOPs/LSOPs are followed.
• Train, coach, and guide team members, including new staff.
• Maintain proper records for linen, uniforms, lost and found, and inventory.
• Ensure linen, towels, and uniforms are maintained at the required par levels.
• Manage suppliers and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
• Create a positive and motivating working environment.
• Train staff to be multi-skilled in housekeeping duties.
• Minimize wastage and control department costs and overtime.
• Ensure proper key control procedures are followed.
• Ensure VIP and guest special requests are handled properly.
• Support hotel events, Task Force assignments, and other duties as required.
