Once you’re in, there’s no limits on where your career could take you.Position OverviewAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained and presented to brand standards.This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week, with responsibility for overseeing staff, allocating duties, inspecting work, and maintaining operational efficiency across the department. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including Room Attendants, Housepersons and Public Area CleanersAllocate daily tasks and prepare room assignments, ensuring efficient workflow and productivityInspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation and brand standards are consistently metTrain, support and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and feedback to maintain quality standardsAssist with onboarding and on-the-job training of new team membersMonitor staffing levels, attendance and timekeeping to ensure adequate coverage across shiftsLiaise with Front Office and other departments regarding room status, guest requests and operational requirementsMaintain inventory levels of linen, cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting shortages as requiredEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and safe work practicesAssist with resolving guest concerns related to housekeeping in a timely and professional mannerWhat You’ll BringMinimum 1 year's previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel environment.
