• Supervising and coordinating activities of cleaners across various locations. Assists the
Hospitality Manager in managing day to day housekeeping functions.
• Responsible for supervising cleaning of exteriors, showroom space, service floor,
workshops, kitchen, lavatories, corridors, staircases and janitor rooms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Obtaining weekly cleaning schedule and checklist from the Hospitality Manager and ensure
prospective cleaning activities are assigned as per cleaner schedule.
• I nspect issues and maintain checklist of all the cleaning activities and filling it in audit
records.
• Prepare cleaning assignment sheets and get it approved by the Hospitality Manager.
• Assign duties to the team and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards of
cleanliness.
• Preparing schedules and execution for entrances, elevators, staircases, lavatories,
kitchen/pantry areas and office spaces as well as showroom carpets, furniture, display areas
and seating areas.
• Responsible for periodic cleaning of Alca bond, walls, windows, doors, and deep cleaning in
certain areas.
• Provide support to the Hospi tality Manager in all areas of housekeeping like training
cleaners, mentoring team, and resolving their issues.
• Executing special cleaning campaigns, pest control and sa nitization drives.
• Keeping records of housekeeping supplies, cleaning materials and ensure that resources
are optimally used.
• Planning and ordering material and equipment stock it as per schedule.
• Maintaining par stock of all material and equipment stock at all locations.

Recommended Education:
• Diploma / Bachelors in hotel management
