- Taking pride in caring for the hotel’s public spaces—from lobbies and lounges to corridors and restrooms— creating an atmosphere that reflects comfort, elegance, and attention to detail.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel
- Responding with warmth and efficiency to guest requests or queries, helping to make every visit smooth and enjoyable.
- Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
