About the Role:

The Housekeeping position in Palm Beach, FL, is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members. This role involves thorough cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring that all spaces meet high standards of hygiene and presentation, in addition, this role will be responsible for maintaining the laundry operation. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of occupants by performing detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and reliably. Attention to detail and consistency in following cleaning protocols are critical to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a pleasant atmosphere. Ultimately, this role supports the reputation and operational excellence of the facility by delivering exceptional housekeeping services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in hospitality or residential cleaning environments.

• Certification in housekeeping or cleaning safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in assigned areas.
• Organize towels and linen in the laundry, put through the machines, use the ironer, fold laundry.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and respond promptly to special cleaning requests.
