    • Build pathways from shelter to permanent housing with Shelter Operations, PSH, landlords, housing providers, hospitals, and community agencies.
    • Monitor program budgets and expenditures with the Chief Services Officer and Finance to use resources well and meet grant requirements.

    Partner with the Community

    • Develop partnerships that expand access to housing, healthcare, behavioral health, benefits, and employment.
    • Oversee healthcare referral relationships through the Hospital Liaison.
    • Represent SVDP at community meetings and coalitions.

    Protect Quality and Compliance

    • Oversee incident response, reporting, follow-up, and staff debriefing.
    • Ensure confidentiality and protection of Personal Health Information (PHI).
    • Ensure HMIS data and case documentation are accurate and timely, audit records against organizational, grant, contract, and HUD requirements, and use data to close service gaps.
