Summary
Provide light case management to formerly homeless adults in a supportive housing residence, helping them maintain permanent housing through client-centered services.
Intro/Program Description: Capitol Hall is a permanent supportive housing residence for formerly homeless adults. On-site services include case management, entitlement assistance, medical care, substance abuse counseling, work readiness training, a meals program, 24 hour/7 day per week front desk security, and daily group activities.
Purpose of Position: To deliver light case management services using a strengths-based, client-centered approach to adults in a low income building so tenants can maintain permanent housing.
Schedule: 14 hours per week, 9:00am-5:00pm
Hourly Rate: $35.79/hr
