Housing Management Specialist

The position will be located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission. They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.

Provide immediate and continuing support for Combat Operations or to support maintenance and repair of combat essential systems of the Armed Forces.

Formulate tenant directives and instructions within framework of off-post housing requirements concerning assignments, terminations, inspections, maintenance, cleanliness, conservation of utilities, and other housing activities.

Maintains liaison with local owner/lessors to assure adequate levels of service.
