• Excellent project management, planning, and resource coordination skills, with a pragmatic delivery approach
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to build trust and secure stakeholder engagement

• Experience supporting housing improvement projects or responding to regulatory recommendations
• Knowledge of housing IT systems and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with service design, process optimisation, and operational change within housing

• Evaluate and oversee progress against the existing Housing Transformation Programme
• Map current projects against the latest inspection recommendations to identify gaps
• Develop and support the implementation of an updated project delivery plan
• Coordinate a portfolio of housing IT and service improvement projects, managing priorities and resources efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service enhancements and digital initiatives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels to maintain engagement and momentum
• Ensure project targets are achieved within resource constraints, with a focus on delivering value
• Provide detailed progress reports highlighting risks, dependencies, and potential challenges
• Work with leadership teams to translate strategic priorities into practical, deliverable projects
