(HQ) Business Analyst – Forwarding Operations

This position, based at the Global Headquarters, is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing the company's system-based operational processes. The role ensures that all processes are standardized, consistent, efficient, and compliant, while maintaining continuous monitoring and improvement after implementation to enhance operational effectiveness. It also includes the development of customized workflows to meet specific business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirement Gathering and Analysis
－Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements to identify process needs and improvement opportunities.
－Translate business requirements into functional and process solutions.

Process Design and Planning
－Design and standardize workflows and implementation plans to ensure process alignment and timely delivery.
－Identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.

Process Testing and Pilot Implementation
－Conduct process validation, pilot testing, and evaluate results to ensure effectiveness before full rollout.

Implementation and Execution
－Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new processes and systems.
－Support user training and prepare process documentation where required.

Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
－Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive optimization initiatives through automation, digitalization, and AI-driven solutions.
