(HQ) Network Engineer

Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s global network and Azure cloud environment, ensuring stability, security, and high availability. Provide network and cloud support, collaborate with international teams, and travel abroad when needed for projects, installations, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Network & Cloud
－Manage global network (LAN/WAN/VPN/SD-WAN) and Azure cloud services.
－Maintain virtual machines, security settings, and performance.
2. Security
－Configure firewalls, ACL, IDS/IPS, and security policies.
－Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST.
3. Support
－Provide user support and resolve connectivity issues.
4. Projects
－Handle cross-border projects and collaborate with overseas teams.
－Travel abroad for implementation and troubleshooting.
5. Documentation
－Maintain SOP, configuration records, and user guides.
