(HQ) Senior Manager, Global Tender Management and Solution Design

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 regional tender management team to ensure business growth, timely submission of competitive tender proposals to clients and the compliance/standardization of the internal tender process
• Lead the development and submission of competitive tender proposals in a global context by collaborating product team, PnL owners and bid manager.
• Govern the tender process from pre-bid preparation, tender handling, post-tender analysis
• Design and optimize global tender management process by incorporating the best market practices and the use of latest technology
• Guide the use of relevant market intelligence tools or data subscription platforms for benchmarking
• Lead the internal pricing reviews for sizeable opportunities / must win accounts with senior management team
• Lead the post-bid reviews with internal stakeholders to understand market competition and drive initiatives for improving the win rate.
