HQ－永續管理主管 ESG Manager（汐止總部）

【Position Summary】
The ESG Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating WITS's Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with Wistron Group's sustainability roadmap, global client expectations, and technology services industry standards.

This role will work closely with WITS Corporate Sustainability, internal business units, HR, procurement, IT service teams, and external stakeholders to drive ESG strategy execution, performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement across the organization.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. ESG Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement WITS's ESG roadmap in alignment with Wistron Group's sustainability direction.
• Establish ESG policies, governance frameworks, internal controls, and risk management mechanisms.
• Coordinate ESG risk assessments and support integration into enterprise risk management.
• Prepare ESG updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management review.

2. Environmental Sustainability

• Lead carbon footprint measurement and sustainability data collection, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 categories.
• Support energy efficiency and resource optimization initiatives related to IT operations, cloud services, digital infrastructure, and office operations.
• Coordinate environmental compliance, audits, and related management systems, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Partner with internal teams to promote green IT, AI efficiency, and sustainable digital transformation practices.

3. Social Responsibility

• Collaborate with HR to promote employee well-being, DEI, talent development, and responsible labor practices.
• Support responsible outsourcing practices and supplier ESG assessments.
• Coordinate community engagement, volunteer activities, and education-related sustainability programs.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and responsible AI practices are considered in IT service delivery.

4. ESG Reporting & Client Support

• Coordinate ESG reporting and disclosures based on relevant frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and CSRD readiness.
• Prepare ESG-related information for client inquiries, RFPs, supplier assessments, and global outsourcing tenders.
• Track ESG performance indicators and support data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
