Job Overview

We are seeking a highly capable HR& Admin Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions in Singapore. This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of HR policies and practices in accordance with headquarters’ requirements and Singapore employment regulations, covering employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management,employee records, and general administration. The successful candidate will also work closely with headquarters, affiliated companies, government agencies,and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations and effective support for the business.

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and general administration.

· Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with headquarters’requirements and Singapore employment regulations and ensure timely updates when required.

· Manage employee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other related matters in compliance with Ministry of Manpower requirements.

· Handle statutory and income tax-related matters, including IR8A, IR21, and other required submissions to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.

· Support recruitment activities as required and maintain appropriate recruitment channels and employee records.

· Administer employee benefits, including annual leave, medical benefits, insurance, and other employee welfare matters.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases, personnel records, and HR documentation.

· Oversees general office administration, including office facilities, procurement of office supplies, and IT equipment and systems.

· Coordinate company activities, official visits, corporate events, and reception arrangements, and liaise with headquarters, affiliated companies, government agencies, and external service providers.

· Support the continuous improvement of HR and administrative operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Administrative Management, or a related discipline.

· At least 3 years of Experience in human resources and administration in Singapore, with good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.

· Hands-on Experience in HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and work pass administration.

· Experience in handling statutory requirements and employee income tax matters is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business associates.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with a high sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
