HR Administration Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Head of HR Administration to join a fast-growing company specializing in high-tech IT products.

Responsibilities:
Strategic planning and organization of the department’s work, distribution and monitoring of employees’ functional duties;
Ensuring proper maintenance of HR documentation and personnel records in accordance with legal requirements;
Participation in hiring, transfer, and termination processes;
Managing vacation records and schedules, tracking working hours, and forming the staffing table;
Maintaining time sheets;
Developing and implementing internal regulations and job descriptions, ensuring their proper approval;
Monitoring changes in labor legislation and corporate standards, and timely implementing them into HR processes;
Maintaining HR records in the accounting system.
Candidate requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in a similar role;
Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and its practical application;
Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work with confidential information;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information;
Ability to prioritize and plan work effectively;
Experience with process automation;
Skills in working with electronic document management systems.
