Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and general administration.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Headquarters’ requirements and Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and related compliance requirements.
- Handle statutory and employment income tax matters, including IR8A, IR21, and other required submissions to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, welfare matters, and maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee office administration, including facilities, procurement, IT equipment, and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate company activities, official visits, corporate events, meetings, and reception arrangements, and liaise with Headquarters, affiliated companies, government agencies, and external parties.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes and undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience in Singapore, with good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and work pass administration.
- Experience in statutory compliance and employee income tax matters is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business associates.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
