Job Purpose
The Local Template Owner represents the local business within the global STEPS organization. The role ensures that local legal, regulatory and business requirements are appropriately reflected while maximizing adoption of the global template. The Local Template Owner serves as the primary business counterpart for Digital Operations within the respective country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent local business interests within the global template organization.
  • Advise the Global Template Owner on local legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to increase standardization.
  • Recommend business improvements.
  • Support country leadership in template-related decisions.
  • Act as the primary business contact for Digital Operations.
  • Drive template adoption.
  • Promote standard processes.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer within the country.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in local payroll operations and payroll-related processes.
  • Fluency in English and the local language is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll and payroll administration systems.
  • Experience in testing activities, business validation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with local and international teams.
  • Experience working on international projects is considered an advantage.
