We are a leading Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) serviceprovider. Established in 2004, the Singapore office offers professional ABAservices to families for the treatment of individuals with Autism. With a teamof over 30 therapists, supervisors, and behavior consultants, we provideintervention, consultations, and training workshops to families, schools,organizations, and agencies locally and worldwide.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR &Administrative Executive at AP Singapore. The Administrative Executive will beresponsible for general administration and day-to-day operational tasks,including and not limited to scheduling and invoicing, HR functions, andmanaging bookings and office supplies. This role will require strongtime-management, initiative, interpersonal skills, and effective communication.Experience and knowledge of Singapore HR policies is a must.

- Passion for children
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must (we have a number of Mandarin speaking clients)
- Additional proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Singaporean, Malaysian/NAS only (no quota for other countries)
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in human resource, administration, management, or a related field preferred
- Fair knowledge and experience in HR policies / evauation / payroll / invoicing / recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in the healthcare, education, or special needs sector is a plus
