HR Administrative Support 4

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Prepare payroll data for the different companies.
  • Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with internal work regulations.
  • Manage salaries and benefits for hourly staff.
  • Organize company celebrations and handle communications.
  • Coordinate the transportation service and conduct audits of the transportation service, measuring times and costs.
  • Provide orientation to all new hires, covering policies, benefits, rules, and all Human Resources services (cafeteria, medical services, etc.)
  • Process CTPAT requirements and official letters when employees complete their probationary period.
  • Print the necessary documents and verify that the files contain all required documentation when hiring new employees.
  • Provide support for all events organized by the Employee-Company Relations Department.
  • Monitor and coordinate vacation schedules for all employees and ensure that vacation requests are entered into the HR management system.
  • Handle the entire process for ID badges, replacements, new employees, etc.
  • Ensure and manage the completion of life insurance and SGMM forms for all employees.
  • Update the HR management system and provide timely communication regarding any changes as they occur.
  • Prepare employment letters for various entities and for employees joining or leaving the company.
  • Provide full support for the pre-payroll processing of hourly employees.

  • Distribute pay slips at all levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual 80%
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Availability and documentation to travel to USA

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Knowledge in Excel, Power point and Word and human resources systems (TRESS, AMIGOS, ORACLE, etc.).
  • Knowledge in Federal Labor Law (LFT),Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and Data Protection Law.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
