HR Administrator with French
About a role:
The HR Administrator with French implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee recordkeeping. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee recordkeeping, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Carry out complex HR data processing tasks and advise colleagues to improve data collection tools and HR administration processes
- Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software and other technology applications
- Gather, summarize, and prepare data for reports and internal documentation
- Validate, input, and maintain payroll data to ensure accurate and efficient payroll delivery
- Prepare payroll for bank submission and entry into financial systems
- Prepare manual payments when required
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and deliver high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers and suppliers by providing information on HR policies and procedures, escalating the most complex issues when necessary
- Create and maintain a local document management system for an office or department
- Initiate and monitor employee onboarding and offboarding administration to ensure processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Develop knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct to ensure operational compliance
- Obtain authorization for any exceptions from mandatory procedures
- Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues to support organizational capability building
- Develop personal capabilities through assessment activities, development planning, and formal and informal training and coaching
- Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- General experience: sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems
- Ensures accountability and meets commitments

- Full competence in HR data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Strong information and document management skills
- Proficient in HR systems and tools for employee data, payroll, benefits, and HR processes
- Competence in planning, organizing, review, and reporting activities
- Intermediate knowledge of compensation and benefits, desktop publishing, and document management tools
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
