HR Advisor (France & EMEA)
Clichy | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Join our EMEA People team and take ownership of HR operations and payroll for France while supporting employees and managers across the wider EMEA region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with French payroll experience who enjoys working in an international environment and wants broad exposure to HR operations, employee relations, employment law and people projects.
French Payroll
  • Own the monthly payroll cycle with our external payroll provider
  • Manage payroll changes including starters, leavers, absences and salary updates
  • Review and validate payroll outputs and resolve employee payroll queries

HR Operations
  • Support employees and managers across France and EMEA with day-to-day HR queries
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding and contract changes
  • Prepare HR documentation in French and English

Employment Law & Compliance
  • Provide first-line guidance on employment law and HR policies
  • Support compliance with French legislation and collective bargaining agreements
  • Assist with Works Council administration where required

HR Systems & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HiBob
  • Support reporting on headcount, turnover and absence metrics

EMEA Projects
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvement projects across the region
Essential
  • Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role
  • Experience supporting French payroll with an external provider
  • Working knowledge of French employment law
  • Fluent French and professional English
  • Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle experience
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have
  • HiBob experience
  • Multi-country or EMEA HR exposure
  • Works Council (CSE) experience
  • Broad EMEA HR exposure
  • Autonomy and ownership of the French payroll process
