Hiring: HR Advisory Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in HR consulting/advisory roles
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Experience in project management and team leadership
• HR certification (CIPM, PHR/SPHR) is an advantage

Responsibilities
• Execute HR advisory projects across compensation, benefits, performance management and culture alignment
• Develop HR solutions for talent management, organisational design and workforce planning
• Analyse data and provide actionable insights
