Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Coordinate hiring activity: post openings, schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and track pipeline status.
  • Support job description development and maintain the company's job description library.

  • Manage offboarding, including exit paperwork, final pay coordination, asset return, and exit interview scheduling.

Compliance & Records

  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation in line with federal, New Jersey, and New York requirements.
  • Track required licenses, certifications, and training for field and technical staff, and flag upcoming expirations.
  • Support unemployment claims, workers' compensation reporting, and leave-of-absence administration.
  • Help maintain the employee handbook and HR policies, and document processes as they change.

Administration

  • Support HR leadership with scheduling, meeting materials, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
  • Maintain HR forms, templates, and internal documentation so the team works from one current source.
  • Coordinate employee events, service recognition, and internal communications.
  • Take on projects across the employee lifecycle as the team and the company grow.
