Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated HR Analyst to support HR operations and HR analytics in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse HR, workforce and sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, management reports and analytical reports.
  • Compute, validate and reconcile daily and monthly sales incentives and commission in accordance with approved schemes.
  • Manage high-volume cash transactions, including the preparation, issuance, reconciliation of daily and monthly sales incentive payouts.
  • Verify, validate and maintain the accuracy of HR, payroll and sales incentive data to support payroll processing, reporting and audit compliance.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Prepare recruitment advertisements, employee communication materials and videos using Canva or similar design tools to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns through social media platforms and online recruitment channels to support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding presentations and HR briefings.
  • Support payroll administration, attendance verification, staff claims processing and approval, and HR records management.
  • Drive HR process improvements, workflow automation and digitalisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR and business operations while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, HRIS, or social media platforms will be an advantage.
  • Ability to create recruitment advertisements, communication materials and basic videos using Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver onboarding sessions, orientations and employee briefings to large groups of employees.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
