HR and Procurement Executive
Company Overview:
Our client is a full-service production house offering comprehensive in-house capabilities and end-to-end design-and-build solutions. Supported by an experienced design team and project managers, the company delivers projects involving carpentry, metal works, thematic art and sculptures, painting, large-format and UV printing, high-end printing, vinyl plotting, laser cutting, signage, lighting, and electrical works.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and organised HR and Procurement Executive to support the company's day-to-day human resources, payroll, work pass administration, purchasing and general administrative functions.
The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities independently and coordinating with employees, recruitment partners, government agencies, suppliers and other external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employment documentation, employee records and off-boarding.
- Support manpower policies, employee training coordination and employee relations matters.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions and statutory submissions such as IR21 and IR8A.
- Handle employee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and expiry tracking, while liaising with MOM where required.
- Manage purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain proper HR, procurement and administrative records, and coordinate with suppliers, service providers and external parties.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in HR, payroll, administration or procurement is preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore payroll, CPF, Employment Act and MOM work pass procedures.
- Experience handling work pass administration and statutory submissions would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with BAS Cloud is preferred.
- Good organisational, communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a construction, production or project-based environment would be advantageous.
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
