Location: Raffles Place, Singapore – Omega 365 Singapore
About the Role
Omega 365 Singapore is looking for a proactive and motivated HR and Recruitment Executive to support the Office Manager in HR, recruitment, employee administration, and client coordination.
The role covers the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding, while also supporting client requirements and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement through LinkedIn, Job Street, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, relevant experience, availability, salary expectations, work eligibility, and suitability for available positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records and prepare CVs, candidate profiles, and supporting documentation for client submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Provide timely feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, insurance enrolment, welcome kits, and required documentation.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employment-related matters in accordance with Singapore regulations.
- Respond professionally and promptly to enquiries from candidates, employees, and clients.
- Coordinate employee travel, visas, accommodation, and insurance arrangements when required.
- Review timesheets and supporting documents for payroll and invoicing purposes.
- Support client management by responding to recruitment requirements and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Assist with business development activities, including market research, prospect identification, client database management, and preparation of proposals or presentations when required.
- Provide general HR, administrative, and operational support to the Office Manager and Management team when required.
Requirements and Skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass processes is an advantage.
- Experience in Marine, Oil & Gas recruitment, or the staffing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
