HR ASSISTANT (6-MONTH CONTRACT)

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development team.
- Support Building and Construction Authority registration and renewal processes.
- Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation of supporting documents.
- Assist with internship applications and coordinate with local educational institutions.
- Track and maintain Continuing Professional Development learning hours.
- Maintain accurate training and learning records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation to support compliance reviews and audits.
- Coordinate training administration, including registrations, logistics, attendance tracking and communications.
- Compile and standardise regional Learning & Development documentation and records.
- Support the setup and administration of training platforms and Learning Management Systems.
- Assist in streamlining and automating Learning & Development workflows.
- Perform data entry, filing and record keeping for HR and training activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support or regulatory coordination will be an advantage.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
