HR ASSISTANT (6-MONTH CONTRACT)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Learning & Development team.
  • Support Building and Construction Authority registration and renewal processes.
  • Process SkillsFuture submissions and claims, including preparation of supporting documents.
  • Assist with internship applications and coordinate with local educational institutions.
  • Track and maintain Continuing Professional Development learning hours.
  • Maintain accurate training and learning records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation to support compliance reviews and audits.
  • Coordinate training administration, including registrations, logistics, attendance tracking and communications.
  • Compile and standardise regional Learning & Development documentation and records.
  • Support the setup and administration of training platforms and Learning Management Systems.
  • Assist in streamlining and automating Learning & Development workflows.
  • Perform data entry, filing and record keeping for HR and training activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support or regulatory coordination will be an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Well organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
