We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources function. You will assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, and other HR-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and kept up to date.
Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview arrangements and communicate interview details.
- Assist with job postings on recruitment platforms.
- Support candidate screening and recruitment administration.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding documents and employment-related paperwork.
- Support employee orientation and induction.
- Assist with offboarding procedures and exit documentation.
HR Operations
- Assist with leave administration and attendance records.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining employee information and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR audits and reporting where required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of HR administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
