HR Assistant (Healthcare, 6 months contract) #HBY
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Novena
Working Days: Monday – Friday, Strictly office hours
Salary: $2,600 to $3,800
Job description:
- Support the Offboarding Team within Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) in managing end-to-end employee separation processes.
- Administer resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other employee exits accurately and within established SLAs.
- Prepare and manage separation-related documentation and ensure employee records are updated accurately.
- Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with HR policies and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for offboarding-related enquiries and provide timely, accurate and customer-focused HR services.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and service standards, and escalate complex cases appropriately.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration experience.
- Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding processes will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems preferred.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions within timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to commit for 6 months
