Phoenix Home Care & Hospice | Joplin, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No weekends
Pay: $18–$21/hour, depending on experience
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding for our Joplin team. You'll assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, orientation, and general HR support — helping every new employee feel welcomed from day one.
What You'll Do
- Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records
- Complete background checks and screenings
- Lead weekly new hire orientation
- Provide daily HR administrative support
- Answer general HR questions from employees
What We're Looking For
- HR or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Professional, confidential, and team-oriented
- SHRM-CP/PHR and healthcare experience a plus, not required
