HR Assistant / Programme Management (Part-time)
Summary
Part-time role coordinating HR programmes, events, and digital content in Singapore, using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and design tools.
1. Programme & Event Coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support for programme management activities and project deliverables.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor liaison, registration, and on-site event support.
- Prepare event materials, presentation packs, and participant resources.
- Support post-event activities such as feedback collection, reporting, and documentation.
2. Content Development & Communications
- Develop engaging visual and written content aligned with approved communication strategies.
- Design presentation decks, marketing collateral, newsletters, and internal communication materials.
- Ensure all communications and creative assets adhere to corporate branding and style guidelines.
- Support content updates across digital communication platforms.
3. Digital Platform Management & Reporting
- Redesign, enhance, and maintain the HR portal to ensure content remains accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
- Organize, manage, and update digital content to improve navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Maintain tracking systems, databases, and records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform routine data entry, reporting, and dashboard updates.
- Generate regular reports and provide administrative support for programme performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve portal usability, content structure, and information architecture.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in programme coordination, administration, communications, or a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create communication materials.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Basic understanding of web content management, user experience (UX), and information architecture is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital content and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support events outside of regular office hours when required.
