HR Assistant (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition)

Join our team as an HR Assistant (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition) and gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, executive search, high-volume recruitment and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support executive search assignments through talent research, candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for frontline, operational and blue-collar roles.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in planning and coordinating career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events, approximately once or twice per quarter.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and track candidate applications.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records.
• Prepare onboarding documents and support pre-employment administrative arrangements.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and other recruitment duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC qualification or above.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging candidates face to face and supporting recruitment events.
• Willing to learn and interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
