📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Caldecott
🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3,340K/month
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 3-month contract (there's a possibilities of extension)
Summary Of The Role
The organisation is looking for an HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Division’s Talent Acquisition team. You will help coordinate interviews and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panel members
- Communicate interview details, logistics and arrangements to candidates
- Support candidate shortlisting for MSF roles
- Book rooms and update interview calendar invitations
- Administer written tests and reference checks
- Maintain recruitment databases and internal job advertisements
- Support ongoing HR initiatives, projects, events and other administrative duties
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate with candidates, interview panels and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and calendar or scheduling tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in interview coordination or administrative support is advantageous.
