Summary
HR Associate supporting employee lifecycle, HR operations, and service delivery in healthcare, based in Novena, Singapore.
Duration: 1 year contract (extendable based on performance & business needs)
Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT)
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday),08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: up to $2,900
Job Summary
The role provides opportunities to develop broad exposure across the employee lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team as a Flexible HR Operations Resource, supporting multiple HR Operations functions.
Job Duties:
HR Operations & Service Delivery
· Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries
· Process HR transactions within SLA
· Maintain accurate employee records andcompliance
· Provide timely and professional support toemployees and HR stakeholders through shared service channels
Pre & Onboarding Operations
· Preparation of employment contracts andappointment letters
· Coordination of medical screening andpre-employment checks
· Creation and maintenance of employee records
· Work pass administration and coordination withrelevant agencies
· Facilitation of onboarding activities.
In-Service Operations
· Employee data maintenance
· Probation confirmation administration
· Contract renewal processing
· Professional License administration
· Employment certification support
Offboarding Operations
· Support resignation, clearance and exit documentation processes
· Coordinate employee separation activities with relevant stakeholders
· Process employee record updates and work pass cancellations where applicable
· Ensure timely completion of offboarding transactions and documentation
Continuous Improvement & Operational Support
· Support projects, SOP updates and provide coverage across HRSS functions.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
· Prior HR administration, HR operations, shared services or customer service experience preferred. Entry level are welcome.
· Proficient in MS Office and SuccessFactors
