HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR support.

- Manage employee engagement, employee relations, and grievance handling.

- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.

- Support performance management, appraisals, and succession planning.

- Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.

- Monitor employee retention, attrition, and organizational development.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.

- Support change management and foster a positive workplace culture.

- Analyse HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions.
