HR Business Partner/ Account Manager

工作說明

1. Provide advice to business leaders/ sr. executives on how the work force supports the business strategy.
2. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic talent planning and development.
3. Translate business demands and needs into HR people strategy and ensure consistency with organization standards.
4. Coach employees and managers as they navigate employee relations process and provide guidance, coaching, and/or training through the employee relations experience.
5. Roll out programs designed in partnership with CoE

需求條件

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently& effectively
3. At least 5 years HR working experience, including 1+ year as full function HR or HR account service.
4. Master degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or equivalent experience is a plus.
