The Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) for AIS Business Unit serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting organizational growth and global talent strategies within the semiconductor testing industry. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing talent capability, and supporting global workforce planning across regional teams.
- Partner closely with AIS BU leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
- Drive HR solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and business performance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with business leaders on global manpower planning and headcount strategy
- Prepare HR reports and insights for business reviews and leadership discussions
- Partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness
