HR Business Partner

You serve as the primary HR partner for the New York office, advise local leaders and managers, support the employee lifecycle, execute performance management, handle employee relations, implement people initiatives, and use people data to improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR partner for New York Team Leads and Managers
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and people leadership
• Connect functions across the New York office to support engagement and community
• Drive local performance management execution
• Enable high-quality growth conversations and feedback loops
• Support employee relations matters
• Implement people initiatives with HR Centers of Expertise and the North America HR Business Partner team
• Use local people data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment
• Ability to build relationships across levels and departments
• Ability to coach first-time managers and Team Leads
• Ability to simplify processes
• Ability to articulate fact-based solutions
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with emotional intelligence
